Today a full day trip to Pangong Lake 135 kilometers from Leh is planned. Post breakfast, proceed to the enchanting lake of Ladakh. As you drive towards the scenic lake you cross the Changla Pass located at 17500ft. En-route you come across Durbuk and Tangtse villages at the Changthang area of Ladakh. When you see the beauty you shall understand why why Pangong is considered among the most amazing lakes in Asia. It is the world's greatest salt water lake, 162Kms long of which 30% is India. The oceans changes its color 4-5 times each day. Overnight stay in the Camp near the Lake side.

Now the day starts with early morning drive to Tsomoriri Lake. Around 240 kms out of Pangong Lake, it is a 9-10 hour drive. Drive upto Kharu and upto the sweet water Tso-Moriri Lake nestled at 4200m. On the way visit Chumathang Hot springs. You will pass Mahe Bridge in your drive towards Tsomoriri Lake. On the way you'll be able to observe Himalayan marmots. It's also a favorite breeding and nesting place for thousands of migratory birds. There you can even see Brahimini Duck, Bar-headed goose and black naked cranes etc.. Overnight stay at the camp.

After an early breakfast on day 7, start driving to Leh through Tsokar Lake. On the road, have a stop to see Puga Geo-Thermal Gas springs, visiting the Nomadic Rebo tents at Polo-kongka pass, and farther after the pass, stop by Tsokar Lake - a wetland area. Stop here for photos. If you're interested, you can also visit the monastery of tiny Thukje village. Overnight stay.

After breakfast, today you begin driving to Ulley hotel from Leh. Along the way, visit the fantastic statue of Maitreya Buddha in the Likir monastery and the 1000 years old murals of Alchi monastery, recorded among the best Buddhist miniature paintings. Continue your road journey. Finally, you arrive Uley. Check-in at the hotel/hotel. After completing the formalities, you can just relax. Stay overnight.

After breakfast, get ready for excursion to visit Lunar landscapes, Lamayuru Monastery & Rizong Nunnery. Here, you will enjoy a day hike to Rizong Village that will take a short hike to Gera-Lardo village across Indus River. Overnight stay at Uleytokpo.

This day starts with the delicious breakfast and drive back to Leh. En-route visit Spituk Monastery, Magnetic Hill and the Military Hall of Fame. Afternoon is free at leisure. Visit Leh's famous Moti market, Nowshare market, Balkhang chowk apricot vendors and Super Market. Overnight stay at hotel.

On this day, take your breakfast and check-out from the hotel. Afterward, you are transferred to board flight from Leh Airport.
